1. How the course is structured

The course is divided into modules, each covering a distinct topic in crowd safety. Within each module you will find:

Presented by Keith Still. Videos include short questions along the way to help you retain key points. These questions are for your learning - they do not count toward your final grade.

📄 Reading & Resources

Downloadable PDFs, case studies, and reference material are in the resource folder in module "Welcome to the Level 3".

🔎 End-of-Course Assessment

One graded assessment at the end of the course covering all modules. This is the only graded component - pass it to earn your certificate.

2. How to work through a module

Read the module introduction

Each module opens with a short page outlining what you will cover. Read this before clicking anything else.

Watch the video and answer the embedded questions

Videos pause for short questions at key moments - answer them as they appear. These help you retain the material and prepare for the final assessment. You can retry any question, and your answers do not affect your grade.

Explore the resources folder

PDFs, case studies, and reference sheets for each module. Worth revisiting when you prepare for the assessment.

Move to the next module

Work through all modules before attempting the final assessment. A green tick marks each completed item on the course page.

3. The end-of-course assessment

One graded assessment at the end of the course, drawing on content from all modules - including the points covered by the in-video questions. Attempt it only once you have worked through everything.
