If your login doesn’t work, re-enter your email and temporary password carefully, or use “Forgotten your username or password?” to reset it.

Go to Dashboard and click on "Continue learning" - there you can find all the courses you are currently enrolled.

Email support@gksed.com with details (device, system, screenshot, what happened) so we can identify and fix the issue quickly.

Work through the lectures, resources and discussions in order - once the module is complete, you’ll be ready for the final assessment.

Check the Announcements section in your course for updates, news and important information.

Where can I find my certificates?expand collapse

After finishing your course, open it from your Dashboard and click the final activity called “Certificate” to download your PDF. You can also go to My Profile (https://aboutcrowds.com/user/profile.php#userprefs ) and open “My certificates” to download or regenerate it.
