Use the temporary password sent in a separate email from noreply@gksed.com.
On first login you’ll be prompted to set a new password.
2) Didn’t get the password email?
Check your spam/junk folder.
Add support@gksed.com and noreply@gksed.com to your safe senders.
Use the “Forgotten your username or password?” link on the login page (choose either username or email).
3) My login/password doesn’t work
Log in with your registered email. Copy the temporary password exactly (no extra spaces). If needed, use the password reset link on the login page.
4) Which course am I on?
You can only access the courses you’re registered for (individually or via your company). Your enrolment email lists the correct course. If you see “You cannot enrol yourself in this course”, go back and open the course referenced in your email.
5) How does the course work?
Lectures — core video content.
Resources — slides & supporting documents.
Discussion forum — ask questions and share insights.
Background materials — extra reading when available.
Progress at your own pace. After the lectures, complete the final assessment.
6) Where do I ask about a lecture or topic?
Use the Topic Discussion Forum for each lesson so everyone benefits from questions and answers.
7) Do I need to update my profile for certificates?
Yes. Add your date of birth to receive certificates for courses like Level 3 Crowd Safety, Level 5 Crowd Safety, NCS4.
8) I have another problem / I’m not sure what happened
Email support@gksed.com with details: device & OS, description, time of issue, and any error messages.

Check the Announcements section in your course for important updates.
