My login or password does not work

If your login doesn’t work, re-enter your email and temporary password carefully, or use “Forgotten your username or password?” to reset it.

Which course am I on?

Go to Dashboard and click on "Continue learning" - there you can find all the courses you are currently enrolled.

I have another problem / I’m not sure what happened

Email support@gksed.com with details (device, system, screenshot, what happened) so we can identify and fix the issue quickly.

What do I do next / How does the course work?

Work through the lectures, resources and discussions in order - once the module is complete, you’ll be ready for the final assessment.

I want to ask about a lecture or topic

Post your question in the course Discussion Forum so our answer can help everyone learning alongside you.

I still have a technical issue / I'm unsure about the portal

If something isn’t working, email support@gksed.com and we’ll help you troubleshoot it.

How do I find updates and news?

Check the Announcements section in your course for updates, news and important information.

Where can I find my certificates?

After finishing your course, open it from your Dashboard and click the final activity called “Certificate” to download your PDF. You can also go to My Profile (https://aboutcrowds.com/user/profile.php#userprefs ) and open “My certificates” to download or regenerate it.
