General

CRA eLearning reserves the right to update, change, or replace any part of the content at any time.

Recommended completion time for the Level 5 course is 3 months for all materials and written assignments.

• You must not share account credentials with anyone else.
• You agree to comply with our policies, including privacy and acceptable use.

Course Access & Certificates

• Access to purchased courses is granted for the period stated at checkout.
• Certificates are issued only when all mandatory learning components are completed.
• We reserve the right to verify identity before issuing certification.

Refunds

Refund eligibility varies by course and is outlined on your purchase confirmation. Once a certificate is issued, refunds are not possible.
